Hayley first worked with MIC as an intern in the fall of 2007 and became part of our staff in January 2008 as International Visitor Leadership Program Coordinator.  Then in August 2008, when the existing program manager left to go to graduate school, Hayley was promoted to International Visitor Leadership Program Manager.. She graduated from the College of St. Catherine with a degree in International Relations and Psychology.  She spent a semester abroad in Northern Ireland studying conflict resolution. While in Belfast, she worked in a nonprofit for at-risk youth creating a manual photography exhibition about Hidden Poverty. She has a passion for international human rights issues and hopes to work for the United Nations someday. Hayley is an active volunteer for the Minnesota Genocide Intervention Network and Amnesty International. She is proficient in Spanish and is an accomplished pianist.
