Internship Opportunities

MIC is continually recruiting qualified individuals to assist us in our day-to-day operations. Our unpaid intern positions provide valuable opportunities to learn about the local international community and to gain an understanding of international nonprofit organizations.

We have three month internships available in the following areas:

Interns volunteer 10 hours per week, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer evening and weekend hours at this time.

If you are interested in learning more about what internship opportunities are available now, please contact us via mail or email. Interns will be asked to submit a letter of interest, a resume, and a short application form.

What our interns say...

"I have looked forward to coming to work everyday this summer. It's exciting to know I've helped coordinate international connections and helped to make visitors' stays here more meaningful."

"I had a great experience at MIC, my supervisor and program director were both very pleasant to work with. I have gained much knowledge and understanding of the world around me."

" I loved working on many projects under different people for it not only kept me interested, but gave me a sense of confidence. It was great to be given important jobs and know that others believed that I could accomplish them."

"I always felt appreciated! I'd much rather not be paid and exchange that for working with such a wonderful and supportive staff."
