
Great Decisions - The Media and Foreign Policy

Come to MIC on the third Wednesday of each month to discuss foreign policy issues in a small group setting. The March topic is The Media and Foreign Policy, an opportunity to explore the changing context of media sources and influences on public opinion around the world.
The speaker will be Todd Lefko, whose weekly articles appear in Rossiske Vesti, a Russian political newspaper. He is also president of the International Business Development Council, an import-export firm, working from Minnesota and Moscow, Russia. Mr. Lefko has taught urban affairs and sociology at the University of Minnesota and has lectured at universities in Russia, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
