Jeffrey Laurenti, senior advisor with the United Nations and Global Security program of the United Nations Foundation

Jeffrey Laurenti is a senior advisor with the United Nations and Global Security program of the United Nations Foundation. This program is a UNF initiative in support of the high-level Panel on Threats, Challenges and Change appointed by United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan to assess 21st century challenges to international security and to recommend reforms to ensure more effective collective action against them.

Previously, Mr. Laurenti was executive director of policy studies at the United Nations Association of the United States, and is currently a member of the Association's board of directors.
