10th Annual Nobel Peace Prize Festival
Thursday, February 10, 2005

Experience peace in action through the eyes of young people! The Nobel Peace Prize Festival is designed to connect students in grades K-12, who first study the work of a Nobel Peace Prize recipient or other peace theme, then create a related exhibit or performance to share at the Festival. This year's event will honor Sharin Ebadi, from Iran and the recipient of the 2003 Nobel Peace Prize. The event will feature more than 700 students who will share their thoughts about peace themes through presentations, displays and dramatic performances of music or dance. All K-12 schools are invited to participate in the Peace Prize Festival and schools are encouraged to register as soon as possible.

Cost: Freeto K-12 schools, and open to the public.
