Iraq's Future
Sunday, February 27, 2005

Guests: Richard Murphy, former assistant secretary of state for Near East and South Asian Affairs and former ambassador to Saudi Arabia; and Phebe Marr, Iraq specialist and author "The Modern History of Iraq."

The U.S.-led invasion of Iraq has been one of the most divisive and controversial events in the history of the United States, and put to test the "doctrine of pre-emption" epoused by the current administration. As the U.S. and its allies seek to foster democracy and curb a fierce insurgency alongside a rise in terrorist activity, what does the future hold for Iraq?
